Troubleshooting

The main button tells you what is blocking a route. Here is what each state means and what to do.

on this page

Button states

Button readsMeaningWhat to do
Switch to (network)your wallet is on a different network than the originpress it and approve the switch in your wallet
Insufficient (token)the amount is more than the balance the app can seelower the amount, or check that the wallet on this network holds the token
No routethe engine answered with an error, or pricing is unavailableread the message under the button; usually the amount is too small to cover fees
Finding routea quote is in flightwait a second
Enter an amountthe amount is empty or zerotype an amount

It says pricing is unavailable

The routing engine did not answer. The quote retries on its own within 30 seconds, and nothing can be sent in the meantime, so there is nothing to undo. If it stays that way for more than a few minutes, the engine is down and the best move is to wait.

The origin confirmed but nothing arrived

Most fills land within seconds, but a busy destination or a large amount can take a few minutes. Open the track route link from the done state to see the fill status. If the route cannot fill within its minimum, funds are returned to your origin address rather than filled at a worse price.

Keep the origin transaction hash. It is the one identifier that lets anyone trace the route end to end.

Wallet issues

  • No wallet in the picker: install a browser wallet, or use WalletConnect from a phone.
  • WalletConnect QR does not scan: press Copy link and paste it into the wallet app instead.
  • The wallet shows a different address than the app: disconnect in the top bar and connect again.
